CFO On-Call

Are you a small company that needs a Chief Financial Officer but can't afford the $75,000 to $100,000 price tag? We may have an inexpensive answer for you.

On a retainer basis, one of our highly experienced CPAs can assist you by phone, fax and e-mail throughout the week to handle your administrative, financial, accounting, and computer problems. This service can also include the oversight of specific scheduled tasks and administrative follow-up. We also have the CFO On-Site service where we are physically at your location weekly.

If you need someone to oversee the administrative end of your business for you so that you can devote your valuable time to sales and operations, this could be a low-cost answer. There are many burdensome tasks that can be reliably and efficiently completed without an actual physical presence at your office.

Each assignment is different, but some of the tasks we can provide on an on-going basis are: Supervision of administrative staff, advice on tax, accounting, and financial matters as needed, periodic review and correction of accounting entries, compilation of a graphical weekly snapshot of your business allowing you to see at a glance where your business is heading, oversight of special projects such as specialized governmental reporting - the list of ways this could relieve you of your administrative burdens is endless.

For an overview of typical responsibilities we can help you meet at the Chief Financial Officer, Controller, or Bookkeeper level, see Accounting and Finance - Typical Structure and Responsibilities
