Fourth – guarantees the right of all citizens to be free from unreasonable searches

Fifth – guarantees the subject of a criminal investigation the right to refuse to answer questions or to provide incriminating information.

Sixth – affords those involved in criminal investigations the right to counsel, the right to confront or cross-examine witnesses, and the right to a speedy trial.
