Our most popular packages combine a periodic on-site bookkeeper with phone support from our accountants, so you can get immediate answers to your questions between bookkeeper visits. If you need part-time bookkeeping, this is your answer.  

Weekly

On-site only

• One-half day (4 hours max)
• Two half days or one full day (8 hours max)
• Three half days (12 hours max)

On-site plus phone

• One-half day on-site (4 hours max) + Up to one hour per week phone support
• Two half days or one full day on-site (8 hours max) + Up to one hour per week phone support
• Three half days on site (12 hours max) + Up to one hour per week phone support

Monthly

On-site only

• One-half day (4 hours max)
• Two half days or one full day (8 hours max)

Projects on-site

• Up to 4 hours in a day as a package, by the hour thereafter
