There are at least 5 important weaknesses for part (c); you should be able to
identify and remedy in (d) at least 5 of them.
For
(b) and (d) do the order processing and cash receipts systems separately.
Departments for order processing in (b) are: Sales, billing, warehouse,
shipping, accounts receivable and general ledger.
Departments for cash receipts in (b) are: Mail room B, cash receipts, accounts
receivable and mail room.
Note that departments for part (d) will not be the same as those in part (b).
