On the Better World Books case answer the following:
1. Give a one sentence definition of the market (#1A)
2. Prepare an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix. Use 8 to 10 factors. No more than 60% may be strengths or weaknesses (balance).
3. Prepare a GE industry attractiveness analysis, using at least 6 factors. Be clear and specific on each factor. Be sure you use the same industry you defined in #1.
4. Using the GE Matrix, determine into what area of the matrix the numbers from 2 & 3 place the company. What does the GE matrix tool recommend? Explain in GE terms. Do not submit the actual matrix.
For this quiz only, no references, title page or reference page. Number your answers. Be sure to place your name on your paper. Limit three pages (single-spaced). Use Word (or compatible) and attach the document to your e-mail. Answers that are in the e-mail itself or longer than the limit are not acceptable.
