BUS 704 eBook Cases
FAQ

I cannot download and print my eBook in the STU library.

It is not the responsibility of STU to provide a substitute for your personal computer. If you elect not to have a computer, you need to make suitable paid arrangements for when one is required.

Where can I go to download and print if I choose not to have my own computer?

You need to go to an Internet cafe, Kinko's or similar location where Internet access can be rented and printing is available for a fee. They will also normally provide any assistance you may require during the download and printing process. Be sure to buy the ONLINE version if using other than your own computer.

I can access the Primus page but when I try to change pages, I get a 404 or page not available error.

This normally occurs when you are trying to use wireless access and either the signal is weak or for security purposes it is set to disconnect quickly without allowing adequate time for the page to be sent. The solution is to connect using a "wired" connection.

I have some questions about downloading or viewing the eBook.

Contact the McGraw Hill help line as outlined on the Create website.
