FAQ - Research Case References

References - general:

All sources must be properly referenced, using the APA style manual. See the general tab for more information.

SEC reports such as a 10-K are corporate author publications. The SEC is NOT the author, the company is. Annual reports are corporate author publications also.

References - specific:

I will use the Annual reports and 10-K paper work for Darden and the top three competitors .... I will also use some of the handouts that you gave in class ... so far, but I did not put them on this Reference page. Should I add them or is it okay to wait until I turn in the final paper.

Your references for 10-K's and annual reports are not correct. Look in the APA book or on this site Sample APA References for examples. Yes, you must add ALL the references you intend to use including industry information, growth rate source, handouts, etc. The reference list that is due in advance must be complete.
