I don't understand the definition of a computer term in the question or the case.

• First check your notes from class and this site for the information. These are the best sources as they match the required definitons.
• Next check in the back of the textbook where there is a glossary. These are generally the same or fairly close to those given in class.
• Finally, check other sources. These definitons may not exactly match those given in class.
