Do I need to define the systems in 1?
It would be helpful in supporting your answer if you defined each system so that you can relate the specific characteristics of that system's definition to the facts that appear in the case. Be sure to use the system definitions I gave, not ones from the book.
What is an "application system," as mentioned in 3A?
An application system is software (generally a number of programs) that provides a specific use (application) to end users. Examples of application systems are order entry, inventory, scheduling, and payroll. List ALL the systems, not just one or two.
