Is question 1 the same as the Delta case question?
No; completely different. List each step involved with a typical use of the system - including both steps the person takes and steps the computer system takes. Purpose of question is for you to show how the system ineracts with the user. Be complete - list all the steps.
What is an "application system," as mentioned in 1?
An application system is software (generally a number of programs) that provides a specific use (application) to end users. Examples of application systems are order entry, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.
What does "support" mean in 2A, 2B, 3A, 3C, 4A, and 4C?
You must relate case facts to a specific (and clearly stated) definition and show how each part of that definition is satisifed by the facts of the case.
