What is a "text-based" system in question 1?
It is a typical computerized system containing data in the form of alphabetic characters and numbers.
Is it mandatory that I draw a diagram for 1B?
No, but it would prove helpful in your explanation to have a clear diagram.
What does "support" mean in 3A?
You must relate case facts to a specific (and clearly stated) definition and show how each part of that definition is satisifed by the facts of the case.
What "configuration" does 3C refer to?
The total hardware and communications configuration as you have desribed them in 3A and 3B. This is NOT the same as questions 1D and 2B.
