STRENGTHS:

An organizational strength is something internal to the organization where the organization's capabilities exceed those of its competitors.

 

WEAKNESSES:

An organizational weakness is something internal to the organization where the organization's capabilities are less than or equal to those of its competitors.

 

OPPORTUNITIES:

An organizational opportunity is something external to the organization that may increase the likelihood that the organization will achieve its objectives.

 

THREATS:

An organizational threat is something external to the organization that may decrease the likelihood that the organization will achieve its objectives, or may imperil the continued existence of the organization.
