    A. What does Pascale mean by this?
    B. How does this relate to Peters? Be specific.

3. Pascale talks about the conflict between thinking and doing in management education, writing, and consulting.

    A. Do you think there is a conflict? Discuss.
    B. As a student, which do you think should be stressed most? Why?
    C. If you were a manager hiring a consultant, which would you want stressed? Why?

4. Living organisms.

    A. What are the four principles of living organisms?
    B. Are these ideas at all applicable to managing a business? How or why not?
    C. What is the primary goal of a business? Support.
    D. How does this relate to the four principles?
    E. Do any of the companies we have looked at so far (Greatest Stories, handouts, articles) meet any of these criteria? If so, how?
