Strategy:
State the one or two sentence overall strategy that you recommend for this organization. This strategy MUST have the following characteristics:
- Specific, absolutely no theories or generic strategies.
- Actionable. Something that can be done. Not a study or research.
- A business or corporate strategy. Not something functional.
- Long-term (3 to 5 years).

Explain your strategy:
In a few sentences explain your strategy. What do you mean to do? What are you trying to accomplish? Be sure it is clear.
Support why your strategy is appropriate:
1. Does it relate to the values of the owners or top managers of the organization?
2. Is it consistent with the trends in the environment?
3. Does it support the organization's mission?
4. Is it feasible? Will it work? Does it capitalize on the firm's strengths and avoid its weakness? Is it reasonable given the organization's resources?
Support why your strategy is the best strategy:
1. Does it make a difference? Is it big enough to accomplish the organization's goals?
2. If this were the ONLY strategy this company pursued over the next 3 to 5 years, would it lead to success?
3. What about competitors? Can this strategy be easily countered or rendered ineffective by any of the existing major competitors or a potential new competitor?
