Should we be doing a full Rumelt analysis for our strategy recommendation in (5)(B)(2)?
You should be relating your strategy to the analysis you did of the existing strategy in the earlier question (4) - particularly the final parts (4 of them) where you state how it could have been improved. You do not do a new analysis of your proposed strategy.
