Reducing Vulnerability to Network Attacks
In Small Business

    An October, 2000 study by Gartner Group states that over half of small and mid-sized businesses maintaining their own computer networks will be victimized by a successful externally-initiated cybercrime within the next three years. Of these, 60 percent will be unaware of the attack.

    Gartner recommends the following initial steps to strengthen network security:
